Hiccups Solution
Get rid of hiccups in 60 seconds or less:
- Breathe in deeply or as much air as you can pull in
- Hold your breath for 5 seconds
- Breathe out very slowly while counting up to 10 seconds
- Hold your breath for 5 seconds
- Breathe in very slowly while counting up to 10 seconds
- Repeat steps 2 to 5 one more time
Breathe normal. In most people, hiccups stop before step 6
